Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

DISCLAIMER: Check to make sure our products, e-gift cards, and other services provided are accepted at your desired location before purchasing. We are not held responsible or liable for checking the accessibility of our products for your location. We will be under no obligation to refund, cancel, or return any order that does not work at your desired location. Confirming with local businesses is your responsibility.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any kind of refund or exchange.

Returns are almost certainly not offered on our collection of digital goods. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the digital goods have been returned to us, and we see that they have been activated successfully, we will not be able to offer any kind of exchange and you may be at great risk of future access to our site and products. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In many of these cases, the vast majority of returns will be denied because of the nature of digital goods. You must acknowledge that once a product is transferred from our ownership to yours, we are no longer responsible for the functionality of the product or if you use it incorrectly. If a product is not working for you, we will do our best to help the situation and check that the product still works. We can not guarantee and return or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as many of the products are already recycled.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are likely to be refunded. If an item is on sale, we have usually bought it as a recycled good. Since our technology does not match always where some products originally come from, we may not be able to offer full help in accessing troubleshooting options should you have issues, though we will try.

Most digital Goods are sent by the seller within 1-2 business days, and often times sooner.
